Orders Policies
The treatment of the order and its expedition intervene in the 48 hours (working days) according to the reception of the payment. A notification email will be sent with a tracking number when the order has shipped.
-Domestic packages are sent Flat Rate Priority mail and typically arrive 1-3 days of shipment via Correos.
-International packages are sent First Class mail and typically arrive 7-10 days via Correos.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 20 days for international packages, please contact your local postal office if you are concerned about the whereabouts of the package.
QUITOCOS is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs added upon delivery.
Returns/ refunds policies:
If you have any questions regarding an item before the purchase, please email us at info@quitocos.com, we will be very happy to resolve your doubts and guide you or offer you suggestions.
You have a 14 days deadline, as from the delivery date of the order, to return the products at your own expense. These products must be sent in their packing of origin and in good condition (not worn, not washed), accompanied by the order number and your name. The return address will be sent to you by email. Quitocos can only offer exchange or store credit.
QUITOCOS is not able to accept refunds at this time. We hope that as our company grows, we will be able to offer it.
If the package has been damaged or opened, it is important to specify so on the delivery note and get in touch with us straight away.(info@quitocos.com). If the item has been damaged and the shipment is insured, you can claim compensations to the transport company and we will go through the procedure for you. However, since we are not responsible for this kind of damages, we will not be able to compensate you directly and you will have to wait for the transport company to do so.
If the item seems unscathed but the item is damaged inside, please get in touch with us as soon as you receive it. Send us pictures of the item inside its original packaging. We will let you know on how to proceed.
